you can return your qualifying item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase! Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached. Products must be returned in the original box. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Shoe City will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
